1  Enter the SafeTag GPS Tracker giveaway by meeting all of the following criteria:

• Like the original giveaway Instagram post dated Thursday 16th March 2023
• Follow the Instagram accounts @safetagtracking and @yogi.the.van
• Tag a friend in the comments of the original Instagram post
• Share the original Instagram post to your story

2 The prize for the giveaway is:

• 1x SafeTag GPS tracker of your choice
• A 3 month free subscription to a SafeTag tracking plan of your choice

3 The winner can choose from ONE of the following SafeTag GPS Trackers; the Mag, the Mini, the Volt or the Plug.

4 The winner’s details will be passed on to SafeTag, who will send the GPS Tracker prize you choose to the winner directly and arrange the 3 months free supbscription

5  There will be 1 winner who will be selected at random, who has completely met the criteria outlined in section 1. The winner will be selected shortly after the giveaway closes on 17:00pm GMT on Friday 31st March 2023. Entries made after this point will not be counted.

6  The winner will be contacted on Friday 31st March 2023 via a direct message to their Instagram account. The winners will have 48 hours to respond and claim their prize. After this time we reserve the right to select a new winner.

7 By entering this giveaway, the winner provides permission for their Instagram account handle to be tagged in the winning announcement post.

8  The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. 

9  If for any reason the winner cannot claim their prize, we reserve the right to draw another winner. 

10  Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual’s prior consent. 

11  The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

12  Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
