1  Enter the Nextbase Dash Cam giveaway by meeting all of the following criteria:

• Like the original giveaway Instagram post dated Thursday 27th October 2022 GMT
• Follow the Instagram accounts @nextbase_uk and @yogi.the.van
• Tag a friend in the comments of the original Instagram post
• Share the original Instagram post to your story

2 The prize for the giveaway is:

• 1x Nextbase 622GW Dash Cam
• 1x Nextbase Wired Rear Window Cam
• 1x Nextbase Series 2 Carry Case
• 1x Nextbase 256GB U3 Industrial Grade microSD Card

3 The winner’s details will be passed on to Nextbase, who will send the prizes listed above to the winner directly.

4  There will be 1 winner who will be selected at random, who has completely met the criteria outlined in section 1. The winner will be selected shortly after the giveaway closes on 12:00pm GMT on Thursday 10th November 2022. Entries made after this point will not be counted.

5  The winner will be contacted on Thursday 10th November 2022 via a direct message to their Instagram account. The winners will have 48 hours to respond and claim their prize. After this time we reserve the right to select a new winner.

6 The winner will be asked for permission for their Instagram account handle to be tagged in the winning announcement post.

7  The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. 

8  If for any reason the winner cannot claim their prize, we reserve the right to draw another winner. 

9  Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual’s prior consent. 

10  The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

11  Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
